Peepal neem is a standard category villa.

Peepal Neem in fact a twin house having four bed rooms viz. Peepal with two bedrooms and Neem with two bed rooms. There is spacious hall and kitchen on each side. The building can also be used like a single villa and easily accommodate four families. All four rooms can be used separately also.

A1, A2 are the rooms in Peepal. B1 and B2 are rooms in Neem. External view possible from A1 and B1 bedrooms. Hygienic bathrooms with hot water facility, balcony, cupboard, dressing table are the features of each of the rooms. There is open terrace on each side and a common sight seeing place with seating facility at the top of the building with wonderful scenic beauty enjoyable from there. Parking facility available at the bottom of the building.
